I loved my apartment but not the staff

I lived here for two years. I loved my actual apartment, but I had other issues and was always bummed the windows don't open (I didn't know that when I signed a lease). I had a loud neighbor and the staff was not helpful at all even with the security team would hear how loud the music was. It was very frustrating and I couldn't enjoy being in my living room since her music was so loud. When I moved out, I was charged over $500 for a cleaning fee when I left the apartment in a clean condition. They have not be helpful in getting clarity on why it was so high and have been very dismissive. Love the location, but be prepared to pay a lot at move out. The lease didn't list a cleaning fee at all, only said "reasonable" fees and no one I know would find what I was charged to be "reasonable" when I left it in an extremely clean condition.

Good value

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. The apartment complex is safe and well maintained. The street noise would be the one negative that I have about the rental experience.
