What others love about this property:
Pretty decent overall
Its gotten much better as far as noisy neighbors goes but the area can be dangerous. The parking isnt great unless you buy a carport, do not park on the road unless you want your car broken into or rocks thrown through the windows. Maintenance is great here and responds very quickly, he’s always helpful. Rent price is decent compred to other apartments in the Valley.
Good place to stay
Me and my other half have lived at this location for many years. The staff have always been friendly and maintenence is quick to help when needed.
