What a great living experience! A diamond in the rough. A private, well maintained, par 3 golf course apartment community with friendly residents. The Score would be higher if property added a swimming pool.

Been here 10 yrs…. Very well maintained, mostly adults clubhouse available for free has big tv, kitchen,lots of seating, wonderful for get togethers, receptions, anniversaries, birthdays, 2 community potluck Bbqs a yr our mgr buys & cooks the meats, this happens spring & fall during our little golf tournament.. if you have an issue in your apt., they’re on it w/n a day or 2, also free rug cleaning annually might be semiannually….everyone looks out for each other, pets are ok with deposit, a couple dog areas with poo bags, place to wash your car & a community garden…..shhhh don’t tell anyone….lol??

Its a gorgeous wonderful place to live! The neighbors are friendly and its well maintained with great landscaping. The price is very affordable
