The management here can be pretty rude, also your policy of fixing something over and over again, till it completely dies is inappropriate. A lot of times quality of living falls below standard when you have to deal with maintenance 10 times then told it's fine, only to have it break down again, before the decision to replace the defective equipment is made. also the extremely difficult car warning stickers is a violation of our property when you can figure out who the vehicle owner is, and speak with the owner. Also when it comes to the pool, disciplining all residents when a few kids damage the pool is not only gas lighting, but it kills your tenants morale. Timely opening of the pool is paramount when it comes to morale, and with no one employed there to watch the pool is poor management on your part.
