Decent price for the area where everything is unrealistically inflated. The issues I have are with maintenance. When black mold was discovered in my kitchen walls, the contractors took 7 working days to remediate the issue and give us access back to my kitchen again. Repair work in the apartment above me resulted in water pouring into my bathroom for 4 days before a repairman came out and properly sealed the bathtub. You will have prolonged delays in repair time due to the contractors that are selected to do the repairs. And even then, there is no promise it will be done correctly. The tenant rules are very good to create a good community, yet they are not upheld. Dogs leave landmines all over the fielded area despite owners required to bag dog poops as well as keeping their animals on a leash. My next door neighbor just opens the door and lets the dog run where ever it wants. Almost went into my apartment, but I guess that's not against the rules huh? 6/10

Nice. At times leaf blowers or other necessary nearby maintenance or other neighboring noises a little loud according to my co-tenant son who was working nights and sleeping. I'll get him better ear buds :-)
