Forest Hills has really gone downhill... From the utter lack of cleaning and maintenance to absolutely no one showing up during office hours every day. The unprofessional attitudes and not having any care at all for the residents who actually live here is very concerning. Thank goodness our lease is almost up! Noisy neighbors, terrible parking and so much more, don't make this your home if you can avoid it!

Management, staff and maintenance are great. Very kind and helpful, prompt to address issues. Best apartment management I've had hands down. Complex parking is a disaster though and never spaces available for guests because residents park their 2nd, 3rd 4th vehicles there. Apartment units themselves are good but not great. Appliances could use an upgrade. Many units have mold growing inside the double panel sliding glass which I was told at the time of move in that the moldy window in my unit could not be replaced due to "budget". Should not be paying full blown rent price for a unit with mold that isn't going to be replaced and cannot be cleaned.
