Love it here

I've been here for exactly a year. I love the location of the building, its amenities, and cleanliness. Maintenance responds very quickly and work efficiently with the couple of maintenance requests I've placed. Office staff is very professional and friendly. I just renewed my lease for a second year. Very nice apartments

I have not moved in. But from the outside the apartment looks really nice, and the staff are friendly.

Good Place

Decent place with a lot going around within walking distance. Close proximity to a few trails for hiking. Can even get a decent hike just getting to them. Being directly across the street from the light rail and a major bus stop will always be good.
