I have lived here since the building opened and been through seperate owners. Each time certain perks and amenities disappear. If improvements are made it is usually aimed more at marketing photos than any request by residents.

moved in here and the first thing i noticed is how soundproof my apartment is. i love the parking garage and the building feels very safe. maintenance is great, fast and friendly. overall amazing experience living here will probably stay for quite awhile!

Staff or anyone is hard to get a hold of day of. Parking is super limited and tight. Dogs in apartment hall ways off leash. Great rooftop and ok size gym. Maintenance request process and execution is really good.
