Maintenance team is great, best thing going for this building. Otherwise, staff are very unresponsive and hard to get a hold of. Because of that, repairs with outside vendors take a long time to process. If you're willing to compromise on that, the building itself is nice and location is good.

I have lived here since the building opened and been through seperate owners. Each time certain perks and amenities disappear. If improvements are made it is usually aimed more at marketing photos than any request by residents.

moved in here and the first thing i noticed is how soundproof my apartment is. i love the parking garage and the building feels very safe. maintenance is great, fast and friendly. overall amazing experience living here will probably stay for quite awhile!
