Travigne apartments

The staff are friendly and very helpful! There isn’t a lounge but there is a great rooftop. Even with the few amenities, the value is still great for the size and quality of the apartment. We hear very little noise from neighbors but there are quite a few sirens which is expected since the apartment is close to the firestation. Overall I would definitely reccomend Travigne, especially for a UW student.

Good apartment complex with some cons

Pros: Great management and maintenance, rooftop Cons: noisy if your balcony is facing the Audi dealership and the neighborhood is somewhat sketchy

Excellent Staff and Building Management

I have and continue to enjoy living here. The staff is excellent, professional, kind and very responsive. The building management has made so many improvements to our shared areas and security to our lobby in just the last year alone. I enjoy living here and am very happy to call this my home.
