Best apartment complex I've ever lived in. At one point, when I had the option to find my own place solo, I chose to stay in this building with a roommate simply due to my love for the complex and the wide range of businesses on property and amenities it provides.

There are more vehicle break-ins than are desirable in a place to live. And it’s a little on the spendy side, but thays seattle for you. Orherwise, love living here.

On the surface, this place is well kept and great. However wait until moving day and you will likely get hit with tons of hidden fees and not get your deposit back to say the least. Would avoid the hassel and just go to the newer options across the street.
