Nice place to live

I havent had any real problems in my 2 years living at The Summit. Everyone on staff has always had a pretty good sense of urgency when it comes to issues being fixed including maintenance. Rent is a bit high but thats just Seattle these days. Got a great view of the 4th of July fireworks every year which is nice... but that only applies to the balconies facing East unless you head up to the roof top... The roof top itself will hopefully be nice if and when construction is finally over. The gym is also pretty decent as well, wish it we had a squat rack though. Not enough leg machines, only 1 for leg curls and extensions.

Excellent Place to Live with great views

Great location, very nearby to grocery stores and a plethora of restaurants nearby at walking distance. The front facing apartments in A building have magestic balconies with amazing views you can see the lake, gasworks park and seattle downtown skyline.

Not Bad

The apartment is nice and pretty spacious for the price. Parking is tight, and because there are three buildings you have to walk outside if you are not in building A to get to the amenities, which in Seattle's rainy weather is not fun. When the elevator for the sky bridge is down, you have to walk around the whole block to get to the office in building A/amenities. You can hear neighbors above you walking around and Aurora Street is very noisy but you get used to it. The maintenance team is great and very helpful and kind. Need to bug management though because sometimes they accidentally leave you out in important emails. Overall, a good place to start to live if you're new to the area, but wouldn't stay here past a year or two.
