Have lived here about 9 years and found it pleasant, convenient. The first manager after the building was sold was problematic, but lately the management has been ok, although a bit slow in responding to questions and issues regarding the lease.

Honestly, this place was the bee's knees. Maintenance was fast and I never once have had any issues with noise from neighbors. The leasing office was friendly and helpful, and the online portal was super easy to use. The location is incredible, and the price affordable. What more could a fella want?
