Good location

Good location with limited parking. Recent staffing change has been helpful with administrative items. Amazon lockers in building is very convenient. Recently added minimal gym in building across the street. Elevator and first floor entrance often times smells of urine but understandable as the apartments allow pets.

I HAVE LIVED HERE AT THE MORROW FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AND HAVE RENEWED MY LEASE FOR A SECOND YEAR. I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE MODEST INCREASE IN THE RENT FOR MY NEW LEASE. THE STAFF HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RESPONSIVE TO ANY INQUIRIES I HAVE MADE AND RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

My husband and I have absolutely loved living at the Morrow! The apartments themselves are extremely nice and updated. We have so many great community spaces that we have taken advantage of having and hosting movie and game nights. The staff has always been super helpful. No complaints at all.
