Have really enjoyed our time at the Ivey. Great location, beautiful building, super awesome and nice maintenance worker. Parking has been an absolute pain in the rear though, and — after paying $750 a month for the past couple years for my partner and I to park — I wish the management office was a bit more accommodating when issues arise.

The trash chutes are never working. Receptionist is mostly away, phone calls always go to voicemail. Gym is lacking equipments (what's there for calves? only 1 smith machine? too many treadmills that are unused, and 1 smith machine always hogged). Poor community events. Why not have Yoga twice a week? And more community gatherings? The rent is exorbitant amount, and every day I wake up and sleep wondering if I could rent another apt (at the same price) which is so far better.
