It’s in the East/Queen Anne area in Seattle — walkability, transit options, and access to neighborhood amenities are strong (walk score ~ 80/100, transit and bike-friendly).

Lived here for almost one year. Initially the experience was not good with management team changes. Our maintenance order requests were not fulfilled for months and had a bad argument with the leasing office manager over a package that was stolen. But after that the manager has improved and we have had a good experience.

Do not give your money to Greystar Properties or The Eden. I would consider other options, as the management is chaotic, repairs take longer than permitted by the city of Seattle's renters' rights, and if you have to contact anyone besides the leasing office manager, David. He is the only redeeming factor of Greystar Properties. We were given a January 1st move-in date, but we moved it to January 5th. They tried to blame us for not filling out the correct link while simultaneously bombarding our inbox with various rental options and spam mail from affiliates. They lost our deposit and threatened to evict my partner and me. We were given the parking spaces that belonged to others twice. Currently, a portion of our house has been unusable due to extensive water damage, and after two months, the dining room remains sealed off with no repair date set. The property manager has ghosted us before until we informed them that we would take them to small claims court after several letters, with the aid of an Inspector from the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections, and a mediator from King County. After we agreed to concessions and an immediate repair of our space, we were ghosted once again. There is no timeline on when repairs will begin. There were red flags from the start, and we regret moving here.

Since the new new management took over it's been great! Special shout out to David for being super responsive and on top of stuff. I'm happy with the changes in the parking situation, improvements in the community and the removal of the homeless encampment behind the property. Really awesome work!

We've lived here for over a year, back when the Eden was owned by Thrive it was alright but ever since Graystar took over the quality of living, security, and communication has dropped dramatically. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but five months in and it has only gotten worse.
