Plus, our one- and two-bedrooms also come in a townhome option, so you can have as much privacy as you need. Excellent place to live!
Staff is great, both office and maintenance. Very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Complex inside and out well maintained. Three decks, can see Cascade Range and Mt. Rainier. Wonderful location - Burke-Gilman Trail across street, 1 block from Ravenna Park and U Village. Highly recommend!

Great place to live! Building, grounds and apartments well maintained, staff friendly and helpful, maintenance responds quickly. View from rooftop of Mt. Rainier and Cascade Mountains. Is also great location - across the street from Burke-Gilman trail, a stone's throw from Ravenna Park and a block from UVillage.

I have had a great experience. The locatiion is so close to my work and downtown. The staff are so sweet and appreciate how fast they respond to mainteance issues :)

Feels Like A Hotel
Living here is like staying at a hotel. The court yard provides a beautiful private oasis filled with beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers. The maintenace is excellent. It feels like a small community consisting of all ages. The property is pet friendly. This is a great location with walking distance to U Village & U of W plus bus transportation is only steps away. Another plus is a fully secure building. Leasing team is very responsive and often provides many surprise sweet treat offerings.
