What others love about this property:
Comfortable Living
Great location. Very walkable to lots of places especially if you're ok with the U Village. Ravenna park next door is spectacular. Staff are generally awesome. Apartments are nice and well maintained. Street parking is free and paid spots are not that spendy compared to lots of places. Could use a few more amenities and central air, but what can you do? Overall, I love living here for the most part. Just wish the fire alarm didn't accidentally go off 6 times a year because it's deafening.
Beautiful Sanctuary Setting
The building sits on a busy street though once you step inside any noice seems to dissappear. The courtyard is like a beautiful sanctuary surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers. It is very calming to live here where it feels like a small community of caring residents. The homes are well maintained both inside & out. The leasing team is awsome.

Here 1 year. Great location. Leasing Office people very nice. Beautiful courtyard, rooftops. Nice garden spaces on top. Good for pet owners. Good maintenance. Theater Room needs work. A little expensive. Pillar Properties should notice all the new recently built apartments nearby, lots of "For Lease or Rent" signs around, keep the cost as is or even cut it down some.
