The Century takes good care of its tenants, and the location is so walkable you might not even NEED a car for daily life.

I moved here in Jan 2024, I love this place, it's neat clean and always smells nice. Residents are friendly, the staff is welcoming and very helpful. Overall I am happy with the money I am paying to live in Seattle's main area. Pretty spacious apartment units. Large deck and common area for people to hangout and chill. Multiple spaces for grilling and enjoying a warm day with friends and family.

People should not be allowed to park their cars in the middle of the thru way for the garage (by amazon lockers). Multiple times I have been blocked and not able to go in. Same goes for Uhauls blocking all access for residents into the garage. Some of us come home at lunch and don't have time for a truck to pull out/move things out of the way. Also I noticed the 5MPH signs were added but an additional mirror should be added for the cars going into the garage not just the ones leaving/turning left out. Its a blind spot and no one can see going into the garage who is around the corner.
