Safe Accessible Cultured

It has been a great experience living at the Blake. I have been living here for the past two years. It is just 7 minutes walk from the heart of West Seattle with great restaurants, bars, shops, and Alaska Junction from where you can get anywhere you want on the public transportatin. The grocery stores are just minutes away walking and Rite Aid is just across the street. There is a new coffee shop (From Dusk Till Dawn) that just opened on the fist floor of neighboring building, so there is lways coffee available if you need any. And the coolest thing is that it is a gaming lace that turns into a cosy fun bar at night! West Seattle is considered to be one of the safest areas of Seattle for a reason - it is clean and family oriented, and yet it has a great night life, parades, and other fun events! The management and maintenance staff are amazing! Very helpful, organized, and just wanderful people. Same thing when it comes to the residents. As soon s I moved in I was welcomed with warmth by the people of the building. The apartments are clean and new. I understand construction and can say that these were built to last - everything is functioning as it should be. The rooftop and the wiew from it is simply gorgeous! I often have my family and friends over for dinner and they all adore the rooftop!

Enjoyable property

I've lived here for over 2.5yrs and I love it. The location can't be beat, it's right on California near many shops around the junction, with multiple bus lines running right out front. The views of the water from the rooftop are some of the best in the city. The staff are very friendly and inclusive to the residents. I'd recommend checking this place out.

Love the Blake! Great location!

I have lived at the Blake for 1 year and half now. I love it! The staff is great. Tom, Caleb and Mark are a good team of nice guys doing their job well. The residents are diverse, nice, respectful and interesting. GREAT LOCATION! Tucked away near the junction. The building is not to big and not too small. It is still an apt building so outside noise, pipes and general building noise is thing, but it is average.
