The following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita. Some other types of pets such as hamsters, gerbils, birds, turtles, and fish are allowed. Residents may not have more than 2 birds, 2 canaries, or 2 parakeets, or 1 Mynah bird. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The pet rent applies only for cats and dogs; the pet rent does not apply for other types of pets. The max number allowed applies to other types of pets as well as cats and dogs. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community.

Living in one of the townhouses since last 2 years. Great location, awesome view, the premium rent is in line with that :) . Apartment is a bit old, so are the appliances. The first management staff we dealt with was great. Wish the current management staff understood the customers needs more and at least tried to cater to them. Sometimes, all it takes is a quick email response or thinking on behalf of customers to win our confidence.

It's coming up nicely, but my apartment is above the gym and I constantly hear banging. The view is nice, but the balcony is very loud because of traffic and construction sounds. Nice staff. Glad that the new security finally took care of the constant parade of indigent trespassers into the building and the gym. It does finally feel safer

Living at St James in the heart of "the center of the universe" has been a dream come true. Such beautiful views and kind tenants. Adrienne (building manager) and Edgar (building maintenance) are a pair of wonderful people that immediately address any concerns that we have. Together they maintained the utmost cleanliness and safety for the St. James building. Adrienne welcomes each person with kindness, care, and respect. Not only is she a hard worker, sh is also very funny and really cool. She leaves a sweet message and/or thoughtful notes for us to read when we enter the building. Adrienne also created a little coffee corner for everyone, which was a nice touch. Equally as hard working is Edgar, who can fix and create anything to fit your needs. He is kind, punctual, and efficient. It takes only 24 hours for him to take care of a non-emergency issue. He has helped us so much, that he is family now! We love this place and wish we could take it with us to Hawaii. Thank you so much Adrienne and Edgar. We will miss you dearly. Thank you Weidner for a lovely establishment and hiring these two lovely people.
