Why Renters Love It Here

Renters appreciate the community's management and staff for being kind, responsive, and helpful. The property is well-maintained, with new and efficient appliances and a very clean environment. Residents value the spacious and comfortable floor plans, open-air patios, and the exceptional rooftop, which offers great views. The building provides a sense of safety and cleanliness, and communication with management is timely and friendly. Overall, the property offers good value, with essential amenities that meet residents' needs.

House location is good. Quieter area (as quiet as you get in capitol hill). The appliances are subpar in the house. No storage in houses. No regular cleaning or maintenance done.

Great place for neighborhood

Building manager is great, very nice building. It’s not cheap, but nothing is in Seattle. They do have low-income options, which I greatly respect and appreciate. The appliances are new and work very well. The building is very clean, a great community. I do wish there was a small “fitness area”/ gym- seems like there is space for one, and would be a grest plus point, especiallybwith the cost of rent. I do feel safe here, and its clean and well kept. Communication with managment is timely, friendly, and helpful.
