House location is good. Quieter area (as quiet as you get in capitol hill). The appliances are subpar in the house. No storage in houses. No regular cleaning or maintenance done.

Building manager is great, very nice building. It’s not cheap, but nothing is in Seattle. They do have low-income options, which I greatly respect and appreciate. The appliances are new and work very well. The building is very clean, a great community. I do wish there was a small “fitness area”/ gym- seems like there is space for one, and would be a grest plus point, especiallybwith the cost of rent. I do feel safe here, and its clean and well kept. Communication with managment is timely, friendly, and helpful.

Great value in one of Seattle's best neighborhoods. Doesn't have all the fanciest extravagant amenities, but does have everything you need.
