Living at Rowlock is great. A positive community is developing here, in no small part due to good management. The current manager is intentionally positive, deals with small as if they are large issues. My apartment bathroom flooded due to a building issue. They dealt with it right away, and made immediate and fair compensation. I recommend this complex and management company.
