Good but with a few major issues

I think for others Rooster would be excellent, my experience has had unfortunate issues that perhaps wouldn't be replicated in another unit. The location is good depending on which unit you are in (mine is near a very loud building and noise outside comes through the glass panes easily). This unit has needed significant maintenance (incorrectly installed ventilation, plumbing problem, electrical fire, circuit issues) after living here for less than a year. My roommate and I keep the apartment in excellent condition and have been by no means abusing the space to have caused these problems. We do love the community and the amenities and overall still enjoy the character of the apartment, but for the premium rent price we've been a little bummed with the speed of resolution. Even still, we DO recommend the apartment -- our bad luck likely isn't universal for the building.
