About the only great thing here is the on-site manager. He is very friendly and tries his best. However, the apartments halls are not in the best conditions. My first visitor mentioned that it smelled like a gym upon stepping inside. Lighting needs to be improved both inside the apartment unit and outside. The floors are such that after several cleanings, there's still dirt and paint chips falling (after newly painted?).The appliances are ok but for the dryer. It takes double the time as any dryer I have ever used. Not a good look when the company has you paying for all utilities and the main one makes you utilize more than needed. Neither the washers or dryers are energy or water efficient. The same with the heating. Very uneven. If I didn't know any better, I'd bet that they turn heating off during he day. I'll be approaching the management about exit strategies if all doesn't normalize soon. Oh, so far I've had to get three apps to be able to accomplish simple tasks. Inefficiency at its best. It is clear that cost-cutting is getting in the way of making the potential of the property increase.

I've lived here many years. I appreciate the on-site maintenance and friendly staff. The balconies are great. I hope to stay here.
