Rise above it

I have been living in the building since it opened four and a half years ago. The apartment primarily serves the students from the University of Washington. The building has no designated parking. The North East 67th location sits on a tight street surrounded by other apartment buildings. There is a park and ride nearby under the Interstate Five Freeway. The exterior of the building is well kept with bike storage, handsome landscaping, gardens, tables, and a lighted fountain. Adding to the features of the property is a roof deck with grills, fire pits, tables and lounge chairs that can afford a lucky couple and friends a view of the city in the distance and the local area. The Roosevelt light rail station and bus accomodations provide reasonable transportation to the University and the city. Additionally the beautiful Green Lake activity area is nearby. My apartment is on the 6th floor with a small loft. The loft provides enough room for a queen size bed, but not much head room. This is a small apartment with microwave, a washing machine, and 3/4 size refrigerator. The bathroom is reasonable. This unit us helped by having a nice private patio. A common area laundry and kitchen is in the basement. A small gym with basic equipment is located on the roof. Overall, if the tenant is not prepared for living in a tight space this apartment building will require adjustments to your life style. However if you are flexible and going to school (or just out of prison) Rise Apartments can work for you.
