The building is well maintaned and the staff is friendly

This is my first apartment since my move to Seattle 5 years ago and have been here ever since. The location is prime because it's close to my gym (F45), Target, the Northgate rail and much more. The staff is responsive and of great help, especially Ray for maintenance requests.

I've loved here since January and have had nothing but great experiences, especially with the staff! Tauna and the other lady in the office have been very friendly, attentive and great at answering any questions I have. Maintenance is very impressive and has helped me with a few minor issues in the apartment. Also, it would be a nice addition to expand the gym area for tenants. Thank you to the team at Prism for making this a nice place to live!

This place isn't worth the price, the amenities leave much to be desired, the garage is unsecure, the staff could care less
