Frustrated with management

I've lived at the prescott for a year now. I've been frustrated with the lack of response from previous management. It always seemed to take weeks and constant emails for updates. Also, you jacked up our rent by $700 for next year. That is absolutely insane and the reason why we will likely not be renewing.
