I live in a townhome and I love it. There's area for improvement for the communication with management. Maintenance is great and responsive though. It's the front desk/leasing office that's difficult to get ahold of.

We recently moved into a townhome and absolutely love the space! The walls are a little thin, but the value of the home is so nice than a standard apartment.

Fantastic value for money in this area. Walking distance from parks, restaurants, coffee shops, trails , and more. Dog friendly, nice staff, residential but close to everything.

Hidden gem building in an amazing location. For the price, the rent has gone up about $500 in the last 7 years, it's a little high now, but to be expected in this area and with these views. Only complaint is the building isn't taken care of or updated with maintenance/ painting/ small repairs, and has gone downhill the last 7 years, but is still nice comparatively. Its such a gorgeous area, I wish they would keep up with fresh paint in the units/ hallways, fix lighting and stair railings that are broken/ landscaping/ graffiti/ updates etc as its definitely looking tired compared to a few years ago. The building has much bigger potential in this stunning location to be kept up a little better.

I just recently moved in. So far I love it! It’s a beautiful space and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely to walk. I have an amazing view. Jay the manager is fantastic! Very responsive and helpful.
