Thank you Melvin and Northline Apartments. I had a great living experience at Nortline and only moved to be closer to my kids. Melvin, the community manager, worked with me to get me moved in quickly when I was going through a divorce. He is very kind, easy to talk to and work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient in his work. Everyone I came into communication with at Northline were all friendly and quick to help. I appreciate the pet community and the handy dog park. I am grateful for Northline and in particular for Melvin. Thank you.

Northline Aptmts

Pet friendly is a boon, parking is okay, not having guest spaces is a bit tricky sometimes, but not unmanageable. Apartment appliances, fixtures, etc. are all standard. Nothing fancy, but comes at a fair rent price (in terms of Seattle market rates). Staff is helpful but changes hands fairly often.

Responsive Management and Maintenance

I have lived here for over 7 years and have always found maintenance to be fast and thorough. The whole team now is great- responsive and friendly. Dog friendly. The property is nonsmoking which i really appreciate but smokers do have a spot right near the entrance. The value for the rental rate is pretty good considering Seattle has become a very expensive city. I recommend renting at the Northline. The apartments are quite nice and the wood burning fireplace is such a bonus.
