What renters are saying

Residents appreciate the Northline for its helpful and responsive staff, pet-friendly policies, and quiet community atmosphere. Many highlight the large balconies, wood-burning fireplaces, and open layouts of the apartments. Maintenance is frequently described as prompt and efficient. The property also offers good value for the rental price in the Seattle market, with well-built and functional units. Additionally, the community's nonsmoking policy and the availability of a dog park are noted positively. Lived here for almost 2 years and I quite like it. Good scenery, really good and kind maintenance crew, and staff that answers emails & concerns in a timely manner. It's a bit expensive here, but the units are unique, large, and comfortable to be in. Relatively quiet, though we get our share of loud cars blasting music and some scuffles in the parking lot. But most days are pretty quiet - lots of birds, squirrels, and kids playing outside having fun. Close to 2 bus lines and the interurban trail that leads to some grocery stores. Bitter Lake, a good post office, and some spots to eat and shop are within walking distance.

Maintenance is fast and well done. Neighborhood is pretty sketchy. Management is flexible.

Its not the best but the price is better than elsewhere. I dont want or need amenities like a pool or gym. Staff is very nice.

I have lived at the Northline going on 8 years. My apartment has a large balcony for my plants in the summer and a glider for me to relax on. I have a fireplace to enjoy a roaring wood fire in the winter and a nice open layout. throughout. I turned my dining area into my office and my dining room is now in a corner of the living room. Works for me! On the top floor I have high ceilings and the sunken living room is another nice touch.. Northline allows pets and my two rescue dogs are happy here, too.
