Amazing experience in Neptune .

I have been staying neptune for last 2.5 years , The area of the apartment is much better than the other societies . I love the space , no noise from outside and if the day is sunny , you will be lucky to get sunlight in all three areas , bedroom , living room and den . The extra den area is a great spot for my WFH area . The neptune team is joyful enough to organize fun events for the residents as well .

Amazing Complex with great staff

The area is pretty sweet if you don't mind Seattle prices. staff is amazing and maintenance is always on top of any issue you may have. they go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. only downside is the garbage smell somedays during the summer. and the noise but those i associate with living in the city.

A gem in SLU

I am staying here for 8 years now. This is among the best localities in Seattle, South Lake Union. Neptune apartments is 2 min. walk to the SLU park, 1 min. walk to restaurants, and within 5 min. walk to Google, Facebook and Amazon offices. I love the lake view, and how spacious my rooms are. Maintenance responds usually same-day or within one day. Now, with electric charging installed in the parking garage, it feels luxurious to own a Tesla. 5/5 for this property

A well-maintained apartment in a great location

This apartment building is located in a great location. It's never too loud in this area and it has access to easy transportation. Although for amenities, the rooftop area doesn't have a covered area. For residents who don't have a balcony, it would be nice to have a shared amenity space that allows people to get fresh air despite the rain.
