Marcel keeps me here, he is a rock; w/o him I’d leave

Avenue 5 does a wonderful job of maintaining their property; I specially really appreciated Dustin & Serina they made the move in process super simple community oriented. Marcel is the best maintenance supervisor I’ve ever met, he really lives on site and deals with stuff he should not have to, but he doesn’t complain at all because he wants the community and living space comfortable with all tenants; we lost power last week & I got my portable battery out for people to charge their devices (the very next day Justin & another fellow sitting at our power out pizza party(after Marcel, I ordered several pizzas from humble pie & 3 pizzas from dominos later but he stayed down stairs till almost 11pm! It was a whole experience but I really enjoyed getting to know the other tenants and it made the community feel more closest knit since we were sharing batteries. The only thing that could use any kind of improvement is the security situation, but I am fully understanding it is a multi faceced issue and I believe that more security or even Marcel who lives on site would and is capable of providing better security than the companies that have been failing us consistently. I believe that Marcel should also be security and that he should be paid whatever or a portion of whatever is paid to the current company security is not a joke and the only way for them to truly care like Marcell is to live on site; I think it’s is wiser to increase Marcell’a wage because he does everything above and beyond his payroll. Seriously if Marcell was not here I would end my leases, he is a very solid team player and wants nothing more than to clean &! Upgrade rhe community for everyone’s benefit. Seriously can’t put into words how thankful I am for Marcel he has helped me countless times, thank you Marcel for going above & beyond what is required of him. He walks every night the whole building, Marcel has really proven to be the most valuable asset to this community; thank you alll!

We love Muir

Marcell the maintenance lead's continued help with the building and his eternal presence in the building have really improved my satisfaction. Without his help and effort to fix problems in the buikding especially the homeless crisis entering the garage have seriously improves my safety feeling in the building. Although I only rent for vacation purposes in the US, I really enjoy Muir due to the community and the people who live there. Although the building wills are not too thick it can be gotten used to with the loud car sounds outside. I only wish they would give Marcell more money so he could do more and be respected more as a maintenance manager and almost now securit head for Muir apartments. Previous security never really cared about our Safety, Marcell does. He cares about the community and our safety especially like last time when we experienced the power outrage, he and my fiancé helped cheer people up. It is really great place to live here overall or just spend your US stays at while having a fixed place to rent and don't have to deal with long term stay hidden costs at hotels within Washington.
