Madrone Passive House

I adorn my warm loving home start with amazing property manager and staff are really doing everything to resolve and request needs. As a young black man I am well aware of them don't care to know me but judge me cause of my culture and skin.Something basically have to deal with for rest of my life .. I have been looked down on and spray fragrance in loppy when am no wear near the person but I noticed them glance over and spray like I smell! lol Even down to not even wanting to share elavotor with .. I am 1 of the 1st people to get to see the madrone apartments with a hard hat and while still under construction outstanding job again to property manager and staff who does not take my color or culture to perspective when meeting neighbors. On that note I plan on with out of doubt absolutely renew lease but if could possibly change rooms to 8th floor with patio for my small garden that i currently have in my apartment. And bath or both but preferably bath tub if available 1 away good distance from any guess that I might offend in any way immediately. I had a honest mix up with mail that I grab wrong package by mistake and immediately explain and responded right away my property manager is witness to her resolving and explaining what to do in this situation and wear to place wrong package.Package didn't have name just address that everyone shares the same address and it was honest mistake could have happened to white or black individuals but if I was in same shoes I would have seen legal advice also only if it hasn't been so resolved immediately by me by rapidly following what my property manager options she gave me I only held on to item until I seen her or someone asking with risk of putting it by mail and unopened already fear of someone picking up item and that would have been my fault hopefully everything is resolved in a calm mannerly matter and to the individual I apologize thank you madrone and property manager for really always making me feel at home

apartments are really small and expensive. the location isn't that great when it comes to public transport. consistent building issues (hot water / key fobs etc) which make sense for a new building but still inconvenient. paying the amount i am really does not make sense- especially when compared to renting houses nearby
