overpriced but nice to live in
apartments are really small and expensive. the location isn't that great when it comes to public transport. consistent building issues (hot water / key fobs etc) which make sense for a new building but still inconvenient. paying the amount i am really does not make sense- especially when compared to renting houses nearby

Living in the Madrone Passive Home has been great. The design is modern and sleek, but it’s the energy efficiency that truly stands out. Comfortable year-round, with minimal utility costs, it’s a sustainable choice that never sacrifices style or comfort. Seattle living at its best.
