This is an older building with the right focuses on updates and amenities. Great and responsive staff that mKes living in a small apartment feel like it’s a large home.

Living at Liam has been great! Staff is very attentive in any questions, concerns, or needs that I have. Location is in the center of Ballard which can be very convenient!
