Good apartment, a bit overpriced. The concierge is a good benefit and it's location across district h is also a bonus.

So many trucks are in and out. And the noise is way too loud when the there are trucks collecting garbage in the morning

I have nothing but great things to say about living at Kiara! Beautiful units with top of the line appliances and materials. Location is unbeatable. Secure parking and excellent amenities. The rooftop deck is bananas! For me the best part of the building are the staff. The leasing office, concierge, maintenance and cleaning staff are such a warm, welcoming and caring group of people!
