Just moved in yesterday and I already love my place and the area is very quiet and full of lots of resources in the building is beautiful clean inside and out and I love my unit with my view

I moved here from CA and wasn’t sure what to expect. The apartments are kind of smaller than what I’m accustomed to, but they are nice and modern. The parking situation on the street can be annoying as parking spots fill up quickly and with the addition of a new apartment building next door, I feel as if the parking may get worse. The sound proofing is great! I’m on a floor with other dogs, including my own bark happy dog, and I rarely hear my neighbors. The only noise I hear is from an upstairs neighbor who’s heavy footed, but aside from that it isn’t so bad. The neighborhood is nice and safe. Much safer than what I see in downtown. I love this area in the junction as it has a suburb feel that’s only a 15/20 minute drive into downtown if that’s somehwhere you want to venture. The neighborhood is surrounded by churches and their respective elementary schools. Which isn’t as bad as you think! The sound proofing works well enough. The staff here is lovely. Maylin is such a sweet and caring person who helps out tenants as quickly as possible. The maintenance man Tim is freakin amazing! Any issue I’ve ever had, he has taken care of in a timely manner. He is also a helpful person in general and a total sweetheart. The property manager Dana is a total badass. She really advocates for her tenants when issues arise. She keeps things in tiptop shape in both buildings. I genuinely love living here. The small downsides can be easily looked over. Especially considering the prices of similar apartments in bad areas.
