An amazing new start

The last year of my life has been brutal and the universe seems to have a grudge against me that is slowly taking away every little piece of happiness I have left. I keep telling myself just reset, start anew, learning enough science to trigger a new big bang and remake the universe happier, But unfortunately it's been tough and I haven't found the right place to start. Through all this darkness and searching I found one glimmering light and that is Jack Apartments. They were able to get me in pretty quick during a rough situation and even as a bonus, my home had air conditioning! Turns out this isn't special because they have air conditioning in every apartment, but come on it's air conditioning, and that doesn't happen here. Not only that but the staff is friendly, always smiling and they make you feel like you're part of the family when you come in. The amenities are off the hook with the two courtyards, the rooftop deck with gorgeous Seattle views, and free coffee in the lobby! Since I don't sleep I will often go down there at 3:00 a.m. and make a cup of coffee and just use that to rehydrate after the tears of this last year. I can say that I'm pretty unhappy with life right now but Jack Apartments is the new start that is making me pretty darn happy.

Lived here for almost 6 months and everything has been great. wish that the maintenance of certain things would come faster because i have had to wait for quite some time to get things fixed.

Not as Nice as I Hoped

The property's location was a huge selling point for me and I have no complains there. However, for what I pay in rent, I feel like the property could be a lot cleaner and have nicer amenities. There is constantly dog poop in the dog run area (though I will admit its started to get a little better). The trash rooms are always overflowing and there's never much space in the dumpsters downstairs. The common areas don't feel very clean (I've literally seen dog poop in the stairwell that went without being cleaned for weeks). The gym is small and outdated compared to other buildings in the area. Parking is fine but the bike storage is sketchy and I don't feel like the garage is protected even though we have a gate. The actual apartment itself is nice enough, but I could get something identical for the same price and with better amenities in the area. I do not plan on renewing my lease here.

Great location

Jack is in the perfect location although it can be really loud depending on which side of the building and floor you are on from outside bar attendees.
