Why Renters Love It Here

Renters appreciate the spacious and well-maintained units at Jack Apartments, which feature modern amenities and plenty of natural light. New tenant perspective

I am really enjoying the apartment (first month as a tenant)--everything is very clean and well kept and maintenance has been incredibly efficient and competent. The staff is super friendly overall and are eager to help. The one thing I will say is that I've noticed the staff be a bit disorganized--mixing me up with other tenant's requests regarding utilities & guests and promising action on something then never following up. For example, not being added to the call box despite hearing from staff they'd to it that week, or not receiving my inspection form to fill out after move-in (I ended up emailing the inspection items to add, but didn't hear back). This has not impacted my experience greatly, and I totally understand that with a lot of tenants things can be super busy and there's a lot going on behind the scenes leading to these delays! My ask is mostly that staff is a bit more transparent & communicative about timelines and when there are blockers

A Vibrant Retreat in Capitol Hill

Living in this Capitol Hill apartment was a delightful experience. The location offered a perfect blend of vibrant city life and quiet corners, with plenty of trendy cafes, parks, and shops nearby. The unit itself was spacious and well-maintained, featuring modern amenities and plenty of natural light. I loved the community atmosphere and the easy access to public transportation. Overall, it was a wonderful place to call home!

An amazing new start

The last year of my life has been brutal and the universe seems to have a grudge against me that is slowly taking away every little piece of happiness I have left. I keep telling myself just reset, start anew, learning enough science to trigger a new big bang and remake the universe happier, But unfortunately it's been tough and I haven't found the right place to start. Through all this darkness and searching I found one glimmering light and that is Jack Apartments. They were able to get me in pretty quick during a rough situation and even as a bonus, my home had air conditioning! Turns out this isn't special because they have air conditioning in every apartment, but come on it's air conditioning, and that doesn't happen here. Not only that but the staff is friendly, always smiling and they make you feel like you're part of the family when you come in. The amenities are off the hook with the two courtyards, the rooftop deck with gorgeous Seattle views, and free coffee in the lobby! Since I don't sleep I will often go down there at 3:00 a.m. and make a cup of coffee and just use that to rehydrate after the tears of this last year. I can say that I'm pretty unhappy with life right now but Jack Apartments is the new start that is making me pretty darn happy.
