I like being close to the 62 and 45 bus stops, and PCC.

I'll be brief- 1. From my initial inquiry on to now living here the past 5 months, the leasing and maintenance staff have been "johnny on the spots". Professional, responsive, and just plain nice. 2. The complex is modern and well designed. Though large, it still feels homey. 3. Well kept amenities. Fitness rooms, common areas, the landscaping- it's all well kept and clean. 4. Security. Look, no one place is a Fort Knox. If it is, it looks like it is a prison. That said, from the apartment entrances to the resident parking, security is solid and yet discreet. 5. Shopping: A PCC. Bartells. Yoga. Restaurants. Bars. Need a haircut? [yawn] Just walk downstairs. 6. Uhhh, Greenlake. The park surrounding the lake is one. block. away. Add that Greenlake is about as centrally located as could be on the city map. Oh! Access to I-5 and 99. Holy cow. Blocks away. I dunno. I've called the Oregon Coast home since 2007 (still do) and so have become used to a small town ease and sense of community. I was looking for an area that emitted tht slower tempo and yet had many of the "big city" features I listed above. I figured this was going to be near impossible task. But, the needle in the haystack was found right here. Boom... [mic drop]

Great location, cars get broken into and packages have been stolen. Generally staff is nice but not overly helpful.
