You cannot best the location at the Gilbert. It is a great community of residents, and Julian has been a great landlord. The building itself and the units are in great condition and maintenance is always good anout getting things fixed when needed. Its a great place to live!

I haven't lived here long, but I like it so far. I think the amount of space for the price is a great value. My only complaint is that there aren't many amenities considering the price, you cant go up to the rooftop, there is no gym, ect. It is a great location though.

Pros: Great Location: Situated in a prime spot, making day-to-day life convenient. Decent Unit Layout: While not groundbreaking, the layout serves its purpose. Cons: Construction Quality: Several issues from cabinets to toilet seats. Build quality is a letdown. Noise Concerns: Sound travels easily between floors. Note: Friendly neighbors are a plus, but be ready for potential repair needs.
