I have been at this apartment building for two years and it's been a wonderful experience. The location is beautiful and it's super easy to walk to local stores, restaurants and parks. The light rail is close which is also quite convenient. My favorite amenities are the roof top deck, gym and coffee machine in the lobby. The walls are super thin, so I constantly hear my upstairs neighbors walking (which literally sounds like a herd of elephants). The coffee machine is such a fun perk; however residents leave their trash everywhere in the lobby which is so disrespectful. It also breaks a lot, and no one is quick to fix it or keep the area tidy at all. I am having to move because they keep raising the rend and cannot afford it anymore.

Moved here from downtown, have thoroughly enjoyed how quiet and peaceful it is here, both around the neighborhood and the apartment building itself. Staff have been friendly and helpful, and the apartment is quite nice. Have thoroughly enjoyed living here!

Not only is the apartment new, but also walking distance to Safeway, Whole Foods, the lightrail, and LA Fitness. If you want convenience or dont have a car, this apartment is in a prime location .

I've lived here for about 7 months. This is a very nice, secure apartment building in a good location for both public transit and grocery stores. It is a very quiet location. My apartment faces west but I don't hear the I-5 traffic at all, and I rarely hear my neighbors. The washer/dryer in my unit are very nice. My only complaints would be that the kitchen in my unit (a 1bd 1 bath apt) is minimal, with very little storage space for larger pots and pans; and that the built-in internet through Comcast has had a lot of problems, although it has improved a lot this past month. Fyi, based on what I've observed over the last year, apartments in the Roosevelt District will be cheapest in January, and most expensive in August/September.
