Busy area, nice building

I've been at Ellis Court since moving to Seattle in 2012. In that time the city has changed quite a lot, but Ellis Court has always been pretty reliable, Yes the neighborhood is a bit chaotic at times but it very rarely ever spills over to the building. Some of the building matierials are less than top quality, but it seems like the turn over for residents is generally quick enough that the units are updated and refitted fairly regularly. Rent may seem high for a studio, but this is downtown, and only a block and a half to the waterfront so price is bound to be a bit higher. There have been many different managers for the building in the last decade but they have always been very helpful and professional. All and all, I've been here long enough to say for certain that its a nice place to live, and i plan on staying for a good while longer.

Cheap...good location

Could deal with people you don't live hever hanging out in courtyard on weekends...and following other tenets in the property....but that's seatte....thanks for putting up real servalience cameras
