It has gorgeous finishes, location is great. But that's all the positive that can be said. Management regularly leaves "newsletters" on doors that have threats of eviction and legal proceedings for all residents, under the guise of "if you don't do anything bad, of course it's not about you", but that still adds to stress and having no faith in neighbors. Hallways are used as overflow public space at all hours, expect basketball in the hallway, loud music, conversations on speaker, and untrained, unleashed dogs barking at all hours. Management does not respond to emails and has no set hours (and will argue with you when you point out their posted hours). Doors, equipment, trash chutes, elevators, and other things regularly break down and take weeks or months to be fixed or replaced. There were no less than 20 (and likely more, we lost count) fire alarms in the 10 months we were here. Don't live on the east side, the elevator for that side of the building breaks down regularly. There is no cooling in the building, no AC, no ability to set up a portable AC and no ventilation. Windows are small, not rated for wind, and ineffectual. Expect coolest temp in winter to be 70 degrees indoors, summer is downright dangerous. Glad we left.
