No oven, no dishwasher, rent is pretty high for such a small space and not having the aforementioned oven and dishwasher.

it's in a convenient location and you will be content with everything there is here to offer and take advantage of! the location has its pro's and con's but if you take it into consideration that this is one of the most financial friendly and convenient places to live you would not pass it up. especially if you are trying to build on your future or grow a business.

There is NO dedicated parking for this 4 story apartment. No in unit washing machines or dryers (where other studios include these at nearly the same rent price. Laundry is cramped into an unhealthy space where only about 60% of the machines are in actual working conditions. We have to deal with prostitution literally on the corner regularly. The elevator breaks every 3 months and takes 1-3 days to fix (I'm a disabled veteran with back and knee injuries). The new management is rude and empathetic when we reach out about concerns (until its escalated with corporate, who are at least customer service oriented and showed some sympathy). For what we pay, this place is bottom of the barrel.

I like living here because there is very little noise from the other residents. It's a quiet place to live.
