I’ve lived here for 10 years, and management has declined sharply since the building became Cooper Apartments about 4–5 years ago. The north-side elevator has been out most of the time for weeks, and this same cycle of “repair” followed by immediate failure has been happening almost every month for half a year. Instead of fixing the root problem, management relies on temporary patches. Updates are rare, and communication with residents is poor. When I asked for information, I was told they didn’t know — followed by a chuckle. When I raised concern, staff accused me of “always yelling,” which is simply untrue. In a decade here, I’ve never received a warning. Despite following up with upper management, I’ve received no response. This lack of accountability and professionalism is troubling. Trash piles up weekly, safety concerns for children are dismissed, and office staff turnover is constant. To be fair, the maintenance staff are excellent and work hard, but the real problem is management. In my 10 years here, this has been the weakest team by far. Unless major changes are made, I cannot recommend living

I have lived here for about 3 years now and it’s been a wonderful experience. Perfect location with good access to grocery outlet, gym, park, and bus station. They have freindly staffs and are quick to respond to maintenance requests.

Your unit a lot. Fire alarm is wildly loud. Parking spaces are smalllll. People park in them and car break-ins are common. Residents dont know how to use recycling and garbage correctly and are never reprimanded.

I have lived in Cooper Apartments at 13530 Linden Ave N, Seattle, WA, for more than five years, and I love it. This building is incredibly comfortable and convenient because of its centralized location. It offers easy access to stores, public transportation, health centers, educational facilities, and more. The community is well-maintained, with great amenities such as secure entry, on-site laundry, parking, and nearby parks. The management is responsive, and the neighborhood is safe and friendly, making it an ideal place to live.
