Good Apartments with some adjustments

Hi There, I like the apartment interior and the staff with immediate response for any maintenance requests. Only concerns are parking is very tough unless you paid for it which is little expensive. One of the apartment street is not good where some women do business which might not good for if you have kids. I personally feel weed smell from my above apartment balcony. Overall good with some adjustments.

Don’t bother

It’s more expensive for no reason and there are always prostitutes it’s always someone yelling and it’s already starting to look bad even though it’s again, so expensive. However I will say the maintenance and the ppl in the office is best part of living here they’re always on it! And help out a lot. However don’t bother living here when you can live somewhere else a lot bigger a lot nicer and a lot quieter.

Nice responsive staff

Lived there for 1 year before relocating for work. Other than the 'ladies of the night' nearby on Aurora and 137th, the area was not too bad. A new Amazon Fresh is opening within walking distance. Sprouts is within walking distance. Asian Family Market is within walking distance.

Global Urban Village

Cooper has created an urban village by going all out on the courtyard with stylish furniture, grills, and a clubhouse with gym. People living here are from all over the world and all ages. Everyone I've met has been polite and respectful. Many have dogs, and there are places to walk them nearby. The Interurban Bike Path goes right past the building. Apartments are all tastefully remodeled. Staff is responsive. I'm very comfortable living here with my dog who gazes out at the courtyard while I'm at work. I highly recommend the building.
