Great location in the heart of Capitol Hill! Management is quick to respond. It does get quite noisy at night (as expected).

I enjoy this apartment very much. I have had many problems with a control on my stove since I've moved in which is still not completely fixed. This is a small problem though, just annoying.

I live here for the location. I also really like the fixtures in the units - countertops, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, etc. Great choices. The cons are... Maintenance has been only ok during my time here; there are ongoing issues with my unit and I do feel that the building tries to cut corners in terms of surface-level upkeep. And I've considered moving out because I can hear my upstairs neighbor so much. Every step he takes. Having talked to my neighbors, it sounds like we are all hearing this much noise from our respective upstairs neighbors (perhaps we are all making the same amount of noise as well). Wish the sound proofing were better.
