I've only been here for a short time, but the move in process was super easy and quick. The apartment itself has all new appliances, laminate floors, and a great layout for the square footage. Lots of natural light from the sliding glass doors as well. The only downside is the parking situation. They currently do not have enough spots to fit all the tenants.

I have been living here for the last 3 years and had no major issues. I would definitely recommend this place as the location is nice and safe and the apartment itself is well furnished. I am also happy about the new management team and all the work they are putting into make this place a better place.

I’ve lived at Canvas for 2+ years through the change in ownership. Its a nice place to live. What is frustrating is the management promises a lot of changes but those changes take time and in the meantime our services are unavailable or less than desirable. For example they are getting new furniture in the common areas but remove the old furniture and then its empty for months before the new items arrive. Or the fitness room is locked and is being relocated but the new location is still not open, months later, and in the meantime we don’t have access to the fitness room we are paying for. Same story with the rooftop grill.
