I have been living here for more than 3 years. The property is well situated close enough to the downtown areas yet in a safer neighborhood. Staff are awesome and very attentive to the needs of residents.

I've lived here for almost a year. Wonderful staff, parking is great even though it's expensive, and everything is always clean. Maintenance has been quick and responsive. The only major downside is the extremely loud and unpredictable (timing-wise) noise of the dumpster collection in the alley next to the building. It is extremely disruptive in volume, and has often happened at 3-5am. Due to zoning there is nothing tenants can do to complain/alter the situation. Of course that's not the fault of the property so other than that, this place would be perfect.
