I used to love living here

Now it feels like living in a super max. When I first moved in I could buzz people to my door, I had a back up access through my phone, I could actually use the elevator on the first try and I didn't have to use my fricking key FOUR TIMES just to get to my apartment. I hate it. Every lock annoys me. They just keep adding more and making life even more difficult. I have to swipe over and over to get doors to open. I don't even know how I'm going to go on vacation anymore because you can't get a spare key and you cant buzz up a pet sitter. I'm starting to look to move next year because it's starting to make me miserable. If I wanted live in a prison I'd steal something.

Overall I am satiafied with the building, ammenities, location, etc. The only thing that I am dissatisfied with about the porperty is the negative experiences I have had with the staff.

Overpriced

The rent is increased to the maximum amount every year. The BBQ Grill has been broken for 6 months. Overpriced for location. Pretty nice otherwise.

Would recommend

My favorite part of living here is the location and amenities. Also really appreciate the staff that make sure our place is clean and presentable. It's a relief to know that things won't be broken, smell bad, or not taken accountable for like previous locations I've stayed.
