Almost Paradise

I'm sure many have a similar thought when it comes to the location so I won't say more. The complex itself has been cozy ever since moving in and as time goes by, its starting to feel more like home. I love the view from the roof and the zen room is great, especially the bean bag chairs. Thankfully I haven't had issues with thin walls or floors here but there's a noticeable noise from the hall or stairway that sounds like someone is dropping something heavy. Altogether, not a bad place to call home one day.

Good place to live outside is a bit not safe overall is good roof top is great coffee is good and the staff are very griendly and helpful

Lack of cleaning

The hallways of the apartments need serious carpet cleaning. Off and on, there’s dog poop , vomit, dog hair all over. It stinks pee particularly on the 3rd floor. My neighbors and myself are fed up with the lack of cleaning throughout the hallway of every floor.
