I've been living at Ballard 57 since 2021. I'm happy here and I'm planning to renew my lease for another year or two. The location it's great and it is quiet most of the time. Would be great to have parking but I understand there's no space for it. More communication from management would be helpful, example, a monthly newsletter. I'm very satisfied overall.

I've lived at Ballard 57 now for roughly 6 months. The residents are pretty friendly but mostly keep to themselves. The management is pretty responsive to requests. The maintenance team is super friendly and always responds quickly to requests. The apartments are small, but the location can't be beat. I am in a 1 bedroom apartment, which is more than enough space for a couch, tv, kitchen table, and bedroom set. You share a laundry room (washer and dryer) with 9 other residents, which typically isn't an issue. I rarely have to wait for a machine, which is pleasantly surprising. The rooms don't have an oven, but you can use various appliances to accomplish the same goal. The apartments are overall very clean and light. The juliette balconies offer floor to ceiling doors which allow for a lot of light to come through and the one bedrooms also come with a large window. Overall, this is a really great place to live.
