Great community with friendly staff and management

Been here for a year now and this has been the best community I've lived so far in Seattle area. The staff is very friendly and the community has all required amenities and facilities.

Living at Ascent

The leasing managers and concierge staff are some of the nicest people and really do a great job at making you feel home! The apartments themselves are nice and the maintenance team is quick to respond. The building itself is always quiet, tenants keep to themselves. So far, the only thing that has been annoying to me is that the trash and recycle bins are often stuck shut so people just leave their trash on the floor of the trash room. A lot of eateries in the area, not many homeless people but every now and then you will see one or two.

Ascent SLU

Pros - location, secure mail/packages, friendly staff/concierge, great rooftop view, quiet (cannot hear noise from neighbors). Cons - garage door often breaks, flimsy garage entry card, carpet and bathroom not thoroughly cleaned when moving in, quality of build not great (cabinets not always straight, etc), expensive, amenities often not available (hot tub took months to fix).
