I've been living in this apartment for almost 3 months now, and I'm happy that I moved to this place. The location is great as it is close to touristic places like Space needle and Climate pledge, and also have two big grocery stores, and a bunch of restaurant and cafe. Except for one or two days, I'm not bothered by the sounds of events happening around here. The apartment tour was also great, thanks to the helpful staff who allowed me to tour the flat twice as I wanted to double-check. The maintenance of the apartment is well taken care of, with quick fixes, and the amenities are also well-maintained especially the coffee machine. I appreciate that this community is quiet, yet the staff also organizes barbecue events for neighbors to get to know each other! Recommend this place!
